HFC-100

The HFC-100 uses a high-efficiency heat transfer coil and high volume impeller to transfer and deliver heat to the structure. The system is designed to operate with a hydronic heating module that uses a low-pressure, open fluid loop distribution system with an atmospherically vented fluid reservoir. The hydronic heating module warms the heat transfer fluid. This heated fluid is pumped through a distribution system loop, passing through heat exchangers in remote locations. By providing a clean heat source, the system eliminates the need to draw in outside air, minimizing energy costs.

  • 100, 000 BTUH (at specific conditions)
  • 950 CFM at 0.5″ WC static pressure
  • ETL Certified to ANSI/UL 1995 and CSA C22.2 No. 236
  • Thermostatically controlled
  • Multiple air filter options
  • Multiple ducting options
  • 16″ intake, 18″ supply
  • Stainless steel cabinet

HFC-200

The HFC-200 uses a high-efficiency heat transfer coil and high volume impeller to transfer and deliver heat to the structure.

  • 200, 000 BTUH (at specific conditions)
  • 2,300 CFM at 0.5″ WC static pressure
  • ETL Certified to ANSI/UL 1995 and CSA C22.2 No. 236
  • Thermostatically controlled
  • Multiple air filter options
  • Multiple ducting options
  • 16″ intake, 20″ supply
  • Stainless steel cabinet

XP-300 (Explosion Proof Coil)

The patent-pending HHS Fan Coil XP-300 Explosion-Proof Coil is a powerful accessory device designed for use in conjunction with any of the Hydronic Heating Solutions Central Hydronic Glycol Heaters or may be connected to a Chiller/Cooling Tower. This unit produces 3000 CFM of airflow and 300,000 BTUH of heat or 5-tons of cooling (at specific conditions). It transfers heat from the glycol circuit to the air stream (in Heating mode) OR from the air stream to the glycol circuit (in Cooling mode). This fan coil unit is designed for use in confined hazardous spaces, as long as the “Central Hydronic Glycol Heater/Chiller” is setup up outside and well clear of the hazardous confined zone.

  • No other unit on the market can match the unique advancements of this explosion proof unit
  • One big advantage over competitors is the capability to be used in hazardous locations
  • Best choice for any locations where volatile vapours or dust are (or may be) present
  • Gas and oil extraction sites, refineries and plants
  • Mine sites
  • Chemical plants
  • Warehouses that store and distribute volatile substances
  • Factories that produce or use volatile substances
  • Cargo vessels that carry volatile substances in their “holds”
  • Containers and tanks that are used to store or transport hazardous materials or for handling environmental cleanup residues
  • Hoarded contained spaces where volatile coatings must be applied, dried or removed
  • Outdoor locations such as drilling platforms, pipeline assemblies or other similar situations
  • Can direct a stream of CONDITIONED dry air over work crew and the assemblies they are working on to provide comfort, enhance quality of workmanship and improve productivity
  • Constructed mostly of aluminium for light weight and non-sparking exterior surfaces
  • Easy to move around
  • Quick to set up
